Passed away peacefully at Princes Court Homes, on Saturday, December 14, 2019, aged 94 years. Loving husband for 69 years of Valda (dec). Loving father and father- in- law of Ian and Minda, Stuart, Louise and Ross Skinner. Loved grandad of Clio, Leanne, Jason, Sam and Lachlan, great grandad of Nellie, Junopin and Kinsey. Eldest son of Charles and Elsie Mackenzie (both dec), step-son of Harry Wright (dec), brother of Mack (dec) and brother-in-law of June.

Family and friends of the late Mr Ken Wright (OAM) are respectfully informed that his funeral service will be conducted at the Chapel of North West Funerals, Deakin Avenue, Mildura, on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 10am. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to the Mildura Lawn Cemetery, Nichols Point.

If preferred, in lieu of flowers donations to the Australia Prostate Centre can be made at the service. Envelopes provided.

  2. Ken Wright was a man who made a huge positive impact on Mildura and those who live in this area and to his contribution as a member of Parliament. Ken worked tirelessly for others, leaving a legacy that will not be forgotten. Having worked for both Ken and Valda for approximately 18 years I was given total support at all times and treated as a member of their family, something I will never forget. May he rest in peace in the knowledge he did not wait for things to happen, he made them happen. My sincere condolences to his family on his passing.
