Toby, Nat, Amy and Jacob. We have been following Tommy’s long battle through Bella. We are so very sorry for you all that you have lost your precious Tommy, we send our deepest condolences to you all. Treasure those special memories of a wonderful son and brother. Dear Natalie Toby Amy & Jacob your wonderful boy is now at peace & free of pain. We have been with your family who all showed such courage & strength in your precious boys battle. We are all heartbroken but now Tommy is home & at peace. Luv Auntie Rose Lou Josh & Lukey ❤️🌈
