Passed away at Mildura Base Public Hospital after a long illness, aged 69 years.
Youngest daughter of Bruce and Enid (both dec).  Loved sister and sister-in-law of Ron and Liz, and Sue.
Loving aunty of Julia and Larry, Brendan and Claire, Jaye and Jene, Ben and Jade.
Great aunty Jill to Chloe, Sophie, Ned, Elsie, Ligaya and Tala.

Now at peace.

A memorial service to celebrate Jill’s life will be held at Club Merbein, 108 Commercial Street, Merbein, on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11.00am.

  1. It is with sadness from a very long friendship to hear of Jill’s passing,
    Like so many of us, we go way back to the Young Farmer Club in Melbourne and other clubs around the state.
    Although we caught up rarely in recent years, no less we did touch base on our respective birthdays every year with an annual reflection on the past year.
    Sadly, that innings has come to an end.
    Jill you were a very kind hearted person and loved your family and would be there when or if called on.

    Rest in peace with love and respect.

My dear friend Jill I will miss you after 43 years of friendship all the highs and the lows good times and bad we had weekly talks every Wednesday at 4.00pm and that’s when I will think of you you have passed on the same date as your Mum maybe she thought it was meant to be.Sleep peacefully now free from
