PANETTA, Cosimo
Born in San Nicola, Reggio Calabria, Italy on February 10, 1924, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Chaffey Aged Care, on September 19, 2018, aged 94 years.
Son of the late Vincenzo and Maria Panetta. Loved husband of Maria. Loving father and father-in-law of Rosa (dec) and Vince Scali, Vince and Rosa Panetta, Peter and Carmela Panetta, Frank and Fortunata Panetta, Rita Ronson, and Tony Panetta (dec).
Adored Nonno of 20 grand-children and 17 great-grandchildren.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Anna and Illario, Pietro and Carmela, Vincenzo ‘Rosario’ and Giuseppina, Illario and Maria, Concetta and Giovanni (all dec), Francesco (dec) and Maria.
A huge thank you to Chaffey Aged Care staff for their love, support and care for Cosimo.
Funeral NoticeFamily and friends of the late Mr Cosimo Panetta are respectfully informed that his funeral mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eleventh Street, Mildura, on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at 10.00am. At the conclusion of the mass the cortege will proceed to the Mildura Cemetery, Nichols Point. Condolences will be held in the church at the conclusion of the mass.
Rosary will be recited at the Chapel of North West Funerals, Deakin Avenue, Mildura, on Tuesday evening September 25, 2018, at 6.00pm.
If preferred, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the church. Envelopes provided.
