Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, in her 99th year.

Loving and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Kayleen and Clinton Branch (both dec), Rodney, Garry and Debbie, Shayne and Mary, Leeanne, Darryn (dec) and Cheryl.

Beloved and cherished nana and great nana of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Daughter of Herbert and Kelleen Curran (both dec).

Sister of Gordon, Mona, Pat, Doug, Valda and Kevin (all dec).

Much loved aunty Muriel of many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends of the late Mrs Muriel Hooper are respectfully informed that her funeral service will be conducted at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 259 Eleventh Street, Mildura, on Tuesday, 4 August, 2026, at 1pm. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to Murray Pines Cemetery for the interment.

    I remember her kindness to me as a child when I stayed with her and the family.
    Muriel was always up for a bit of fun and a laugh, and she lives on in her children, and their families.
