  5. Truly sad to hear of this tragedy
Nick was instrumental in my dealings with just one pesky client always coming back for more, nothing was a trouble for Nick
In this business you don’t get to speak to the same advisor on a continuous basis but Jick was always there to help me and guide me to get my deals done.
A true champion, never met him personally but always available in the phone RIP mate gone too soon

  6. I was fortunate enough to employ Nick over 11 years ago, he was a key member of our team and I seen him grow into a great person, mentoring others, being the life of the party and always loyal to the company.
He has left a great hole in our business which will never be filled in the same way. I will miss his banter his smile and just being there.

My sympathies go out to Clayton and all family members.

  7. Nicko i am heartbroken mate, professionally and personally you had the perfect mix of intelligence, quick wit and humour. Always willing to listen and help. Absolute weapon in the finance world, feeling gutted for all your family, close ones and anyone who knew you.

  8. I had the privilege of working with Nick and was lucky enough to be trained by him. He always went above and beyond—not just in his work, but in supporting those around him. His patience, generosity, and sense of humour made every day brighter, and I will always be grateful for the guidance and kindness he showed me.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. My thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone whose lives he touched.

Nick had a way of making days better and seemed to have the answer to every question. His loss is deeply felt.

  11. I worked with Nick 5 years ago. He was highly effective, intelligent and hilarious.
He made time for absolutely everyone. He won over all his stakeholders with his knowledge and wit.
It is so hard to come to terms with his passing when all I can picture is Nick back in the office solving all his colleague’s problems with hilarity.
Nick, I miss you. The world won’t be the same without you.
My thoughts are with Clayton, his family and colleagues at Platform.

  15. I first met Nick when I started a new job at MFL in 2015. I got a desk right next to him and he trained me. Instantly I loved him. He was such an amazing human, so patient with me and so kind. I have so many great memories with him and I honestly survived my time in Mildura because of our friendship. He made me laugh so hard and he always helped me whenever needed. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. I cherished our friendship, you really helped me enjoy life in a place I was a stranger!! The person I instantly clicked with and I always imagined I would catch up with you next visit. RIP beautiful man. Love forever.
