  4. Billy Duscher
    The man.
    The myth.
    The legend.

Small in stature, but enormous in strength and spirit.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Billy not only as an employee, but as a mate. If you could build a team full of blokes like Billy, you could take on the world. He was the kind of person every team needs — loyal, hardworking, and always up for a laugh.

Outside of work, Billy was always keen to sink a few VBs, head out fishing, or go yabbying. You’d have to be quick to beat him to the back corner of the boat — the prime fishing spot — he knew it, and he claimed it every time.

There will always be a place for you on our boat, Billy.

Thanks for the years, mate. You’ll be missed, but never forgotten.
