Passed away peacefully at Mildura Base Hospital, on November 15, 2020.
A wonderful mother and mother-in-law to Sepiuta (Sepi) and David Morgan and adored Nana to Esita, David and Jonathan; Paame and Kuleisi.
Loved daughter of the late Samiuela Tuliakiono and ‘Ilaisaane Kafo’atu Kavapalu. Survived by her brother, Tevita Langi Kavapalu. Loved by her family and friends.
Vinisia’s presence will be deeply missed. Her loving caring nature will live on, as she touched the lives of so many.
