BARROW, James Allen

8.8.1956 – 29.7.2020

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our father James Allen Barrow, who died on Wednesday at Mildura Base Hospital surrounded by his friends and family.

Loved father to Jacob, Lucas, and Katie Barrow and grandfather to Olive Ray.

Dad’s humour, generosity, kindness and extreme wackiness will be dearly missed, but will live on through us all.

We would like to thank Dad’s countless number of friends and colleagues who impacted his life throughout his 63 year journey in this world.

Dad’s outlook was simple: don’t take things too seriously, have fun and enjoy the ride.

Funeral Notice

James will be privately cremated, but we would like to invite those who knew him to celebrate his life together at a later stage in time, when circumstances permit.

  4. James, always thinking of others, kind, generous of heart and spirit. Anyone who met you, will remember what a character you were. Loved and cherished by your kids and friends, you lived life the fullest, out there, your stories, memories that made us laugh so hard, our ribs hurt. No pain, no demons, you have been freed, and we would not wish you back to suffer again. We will all miss you James. Sincere condolences to Jacob, Lucas and Katie. Your brother Tim and Lutte.
