Passed away peacefully at home, aged 94 years.
Loving wife of Stanley (dec).
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Noreen, Leonard and Carol, Trever (dec), Robert (dec) and Wanat.
Adored grandmother to seven grandchildren, great grandmother to six and great, great grandmother to six.
Much loved aunt.
Family and friends of the late Mrs. Betty Bailey are respectfully informed that her graveside funeral service will be conducted at Merbein Cemetery, Wentworth Road, Merbein, on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 2pm.
Our heartfelt condolences to the Bailey family on the passing of such a lovely lady. Especially Jit, Amanda and Andrew our thoughts are with you all, Tony, Tracey, Stephanie , Cassandra, Isabella and Ana Marcius. Forever remembered. 🌸

March 15, 2024Was so sorry to read about Betty’s passing, I only spoke to her about 2 months ago, an I was trying to call her for her birthday today. I realised something was wrong when I was told her number was disconnected and went searching for some information. Ken ( husband) and I called in and saw her several years ago and I have kept in touch with her since, please except our condolences.
April 12, 2024Though I knew her for a very short time, I am glad I finally met her and through her, was appraised of my early childhood years.
I gathered that something was amiss when I had a Telstra message advising that her telephone number was not connected and contacted one of my sisters, who found this funeral notice on the web.
To all her immediate family members, please accept my heartfelt condolences.
