Sadly passed away at the Mildura Base Hospital, aged 75 years.

A private cremation has been arranged.
I suspect I may be related to James Franks, the age of the deceased matches the person I know of. For whatever reasons, James Franks set out on his own in the 1980s and deliberately distanced himself from his family. I never met him as an adult and it appears I never will. It was fortuitous to stumble across this notice while researching my family tree. The events of the last 40 years can not be changed, and now there can be no discussion with Jim about what happened. May Jim find the warm embrace of his mother Enid and his father Reuel. The Franks family remembers Jim, rest in peace.
