Passed away at home, aged 86 years. A beloved member of the Bowls Association. He will be dearly missed by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Funeral NoticeFamily and friends of the late Mr. Gathoney Plier are respectfully informed that his funeral service will be conducted at the Chapel of North West Funerals, 596 Deakin Ave, Mildura, on September 12, 2025, at 10.30am. A private cremation will follow.
Rest in peace uncle Gath you were a bright shinning star in our lives. You had a gentle personality with an infectious smile that would light up the room. You told many great stories. I loved your facial expressions that were included.We enjoyed many of the vegies you grew. But will never forget the yabbies we caught and you cooked for us all. You spoke often of your family and enjoy a good beer. You loved your big cuddle to say hello and cuddle to say goodbye, you would always hold on tight.The kids remember you always giving them coins for lollies and gardening and fishing tips and mum got tips on how to make a good jam and sauces.
